A Date With Teddy

My bear and I went out last night
it was our final date.
I had to say farewell to him
"Cause time just would not wait."

My mother said the day had come
to pack my toys away.
I guess that I was all grown up
and they were in the way.

C'mon guys!!! Admit it! I'm sure all of you have had at least one stuffed toy in your whole entire life! I have had many, though most are stuffed doggies rather than teddies.

While painting this, it certainly brought back a lot of memories of the good times I had with my stuffed toys, the love and security they provided... :love: :hug:

Adorable! You did a great job on Kurama -- face, eyes, hair -- it's all good. I especially like the green you chose for his shirt. And this is such a whimsical piece, you've just gotta love it. The poem was a cute touch, too. I came to check out your gallery after reading a comment you left for Sardave about being a YYH fan. Ever draw Hiei?

So sweet!! I do admit that I (still) have some stuffed companions that I favored while growing up. Most have been surrendered to the young'uns, though...

Very nicely done, but I could see there are parts that could have been darker, like his shirt. But great work anyways =)

ps: I have no idea such a specific group could ever exist XD
